For the Fierce, Fearless Fashionista

I still remember the first few times when the ‘heel-less’ shoe was spotted. It was an outrage! People were bewildered and amused at this strange creation. I had major doubts then if this trend could push itself on the mainstream market but now, it has proved to be more than worthy of the spotlight.

Giuseppe Zanotti is one of the designers who have adapted this trend so willingly. Among the many heel-less shoes he has made, this one from Farfetch is by far my favorite:

Ain’t it grand? It is one of the fiercest pairs of gladiators I’ve seen. Aside from the bold anti-heel design, I am also digging the metal appliqué, which adds volumes of edginess to the shoe. The t-strap is also embellished with metal chain links. It further adds a rocker edge attitude to the platform. Seriously, how fierce are these shoes?! They would spice up any outfit in your closet! But make sure to practice your walk first. You don’t want to fall flat while doing your catwalk in these slightly dangerous heel-less gladiators.
