Is Rachel Bilson going through a style melt down? The fashionable young starlet was spotted fashioning a faux pax last June 3 by wearing black nylons with nude sandals (click here to read article), and just last week (June 14), she was seen shopping in an odd outfit which consisted of a sweater, cuffed trousers, and lace up gladiator sandals.

Could this be the effect of her recent break-up with long time boyfriend Hayden Christensen?
I guess if someone as gorgeous as Hayden would break up with me, I’d probably be feeling out of the stylish weather as well. Although I think Rachel should look at it another way too – if someone breaks up with you, you should exert more effort to look your best to show the world you’re okey and show him what he let go off (and hope that he regrets it).
Anyway back to Rachel’s outfit. I truly think it’s a case of good pieces but bad combination. Those python lace up gladiator sandals are beautiful but the boring outfit she’s wearing isn’t doing it any justice. If I were Rachel, I’d probably wear these to go with the sandals.

As for Rachel’s python lace up gladiator sandals, I have not ID’ed its maker yet, but you can try these alternatives:
