Rihanna’s Gladiator Sandals in Jerusalem – Are They Really Diane von Furstenberg?

Almost missed this because Rihanna’s maxi dresses keep covering her feet, but the 22-year old Bajan pop star wore a pair of sand-colored gladiator sandals to go sightseeing in Jerusalem yesterday.

Now, at least two online sources say that Rihanna’s gladiators are the Diane von Furstenberg Jaya sandals but I don’t quite agree with that. See for yourself why:

These are the Diane von Furstenberg sandals that they say Rihanna is wearing in the pictures above:

And here’s a picture of Rihanna carrying said sandals, which clearly shows that they are NOT the DVF sandals at all:

Rihanna’s gladiator sandals go higher up the ankles, they don’t appear to be jelly sandals in these pictures, and most importantly, they don’t have the love knot detailing that the DVF sandals have.

So if Rihanna’s sandals aren’t by DVF, who makes Rihanna’s gladiator sandals?

Okay, I’m sorry but I haven’t ID’ed Rihanna’s Jerusalem sightseeing gladiator sandals either. I did however find these three similar alternatives while I was searching for RiRi’s sandals:

I’ll see what other sources say about Rihanna’s sandals after a few days. It’s still too early to confirm!
