Vanessa Hudgens: Gladiator Pretty in Chinese Laundry

I like the whole slightly off-beat get-up she’s wearing here. And those shoes really blend well with the look. The shoes by the way, are called the Sudoku sandals.

The sandal is of the thong variety, but a little different because the style encases the ankles. That, plus the adjustable ribbon ties that go with it not only makes the sandal more feminine looking, but it allows a certain kind of flair that isn’t present in the typical horizontally inclined, tough-looking flat gladiators.

You can get your own pair of Sudoku sandals from Zappos.com or Heels.com. Heels.com sells it a little lower, around US$63 but the sizes there are broken (which probably explains why it’s discounted).

The Sudoku sandal comes in several colors – Black, Black Suede, Toast Suede, Navy, and Rose.
